Our Youth
Blueberry River First Nations believes that our youth are our future. We are committed to teaching our culture and sharing our values to create strong leaders for the future of our community. Our youth are a powerful voice in our community and embrace change through sharing their insights and wisdom. We work together so the community grows stronger – building our legacy and defining our future.
Our Elders
Blueberry River First Nations has a strong community of Elders that are active Members of our Nation. Elders are essential knowledge keepers of our culture, traditions, and language. Elders' participation in community is encouraged and supports decision making by leadership.
We have several Elders programs that are offered on- and off-reserve. Some of these programs include, “Reclaiming My Language” and cultural sewing classes.
